I love to cook.
Well, let me be clear. I love to eat, so therefore, I love to cook.
But I don’t always love how long it takes to make a meal. That’s why I absolutely love 5-ingredient recipes, one pan wonders, and one pot and you’re done concoctions (crockpots are my godsend). When I found this One Pan Ranch Pork Chops recipe on Pinterest, I knew I had to try it out. My mom loved it, it fed us for more than one meal, and it only took about thirty minutes. What’s not to love?
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
4 Pork Chops (You can get them bigger than mine, and if you get them with the bone, they will be more flavorful.)
10-12 Red Potatoes (quartered)
1 Bag (about 16 ounces) of Green Beans (or asparagus!)
2 TablespoonsOlive Oil
1 Package of Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper
Optional: Parsley, Cilantro, essentially any other seasonings
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Coat non-stick baking pan with olive oil.
3. Arrange pork chops, chopped potatoes, and green beans on the tray. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with package of Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix. Season with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes until pork chops are cooked thoroughly. Then, broil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
5, Serve and enjoy!
